Operator and contact
Frog is operated by Makxime HUYNH, 130 Boulevard Massena, 75013 Paris, France. Contact: makxime.huynh@gmail.com.
These terms describe use of Frog's early-access website and workspace service for professional teams. They are not a paid subscription offer. The privacy policy explains personal data processing.
Service and early access
Frog helps API, developer-tool and developer-infrastructure teams investigate AI search evidence and prepare supported improvements. Available features, providers and usage limits are those actually offered in the application. Roadmap items, previews and illustrative data are not measured results or promises of delivered features.
The service is in early access. Features can be unavailable, interrupted or changed. Frog does not guarantee an AI ranking, recommendation, citation, traffic increase, revenue result or uninterrupted service. Planned prices do not create a subscription; any future paid offer needs its own clear price, limits and purchase terms before payment.
Accounts and authority
Use an account you are authorized to use and protect its credentials. Workspace owners manage membership and connections. You must have authority to provide the product information and to share connected data with the workspace and agent. Do not access another workspace, evade limits, abuse provider services, submit unlawful content or interfere with security controls.
Do not send secrets or special-category personal data in chat. Use supported provider authorization screens for connections.
AI answers and external actions
AI can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Review answers, sources and proposed changes carefully before relying on them. Frog is not legal, medical, financial or security advice.
A saved suggestion is not an applied change. A draft or pull request is not publication or measured impact. Connecting an account does not authorize all possible provider actions. Supported external work remains subject to the application's explicit scope, destination, budget, revision approval and revocation controls. Google connections are read-only.
Only approve work you have reviewed and are authorized to request. Provider grants, provider limits and third-party availability can prevent an action. An interrupted request is not proof of successful execution; check the saved receipt before retrying.
Your content and other services
You keep the rights you have in content you supply. You authorize the processing necessary to host it, provide the features you request and share it with the workspace members and service providers described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the required rights and notices; we do not claim ownership of your product content.
AI output may resemble other output and is not a guarantee of originality or intellectual-property clearance. Review it before use.
Google, GitHub, Webflow, OpenAI and other third-party services have their own permissions and terms. Frog cannot grant you rights to their accounts, make them accept an app or ensure their continued availability.
Ending use and data requests
You can stop using Frog, disconnect supported accounts or revoke grants at the provider. For account closure, export or deletion requests, contact the operator. Disconnecting stops new access but does not erase workspace reports and prior answers. See the privacy policy for retention and manual request handling.
We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law. These terms do not remove your statutory data rights or give the operator unrestricted access to private workspace content.
Responsibility and applicable law
Each party remains responsible under applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability, remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket liability waiver, compulsory arbitration or waiver of mandatory consumer protections is imposed by these terms.
French law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact the operator first to seek a practical resolution of a dispute.
Updates
Material changes will be communicated where required. An updated page does not authorize new connector access or new external actions. New paid offers or additional grants require their own appropriate acceptance.
